Hand Delivery

The area served by our courier service includes all of Antwerp, Belgium/Tel-Aviv, Israel. Please note that our courier service is used for same-day and scheduled deliveries only, or if specified in advance via special request. 

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery in Antwerp, Belgium/Tel-Aviv, Israel, and any city within a 15km radius for an extra rush charge. The charge for same-day rush delivery depends on our current order volume and the time you place an order. If your address is in our hand-delivery zone, then you will see a countdown clock letting you know how much time you have to place your order to get it today.

European Shipping

Large and Small "Eternal" Box Arrangement Shipping

Only our "Eternal" Box arrangements can ship either via UPS or FedEx, depending on your location. All "Fresh" flowers are hand delivered by our local couriers. All orders placed be before the typical 3 PM cut-off time will ship that same day. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Choose Your Delivery Date

When ordering any arrangement Arrangement, we allow you to choose the specific date you'd like your order to be delivered on. Please note that while it is rare, our courier, at times, will deliver a package a day early if the shipment was sped up through their system. 

Look for our delivery date picker as the last step when you design your own box of our eternal/long-lasting roses or look for the delivery date picker on a pre-arrangement product.

Express and Overnight Shipping

If your chosen delivery date cannot be accommodated with Standard Shipping, then you have the option of choosing an express shipping option for an additional charge. When reviewing the delivery date calendar, you will see a specific shipping price for the days covered by express shipping.

Bubble Balloons and Bloom Box Arrangement Shipping

Our Bubble Balloons and Bloom Box arrangements ship via courier for a flat €30 fee anywhere in Belgium/France/Netherlands. If you order six or more Bubble Balloons or Bloom Box arrangements, then standard shipping is complimentary.

We do not guarantee delivery dates for orders containing Bubble Balloons and Bloom Box arrangements.

Your order will arrive as quickly as possible with the couriers (Up to six business days).

If your order contains a Bubble Balloons/Bloom Box and also a Large or Small arrangement, then you will not be charged for shipping for the Bubble Balloons/Bloom Box. Instead, the flat shipping rate and shipping methods for the larger arrangements will be used.

International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All international orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS (whichever options are available). Please note that "fresh flowers"/cakes are not shipped through this process. The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced countries. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & FRAUD VERIFICATION

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of an order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until the clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer whose order gets flagged via email. 

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement are inclusive of all duties and taxes for the country specified. Any changes to the order's ship-to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All Eternity® Rose arrangements are eligible to ship outside Europe to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Time Frame and Fees

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS or FedEx (whichever options are available). Shipping times vary based on destination. You should see a carrier delivery estimate at checkout.
