Is the store being closed due to COVID-19?

Yes, our La Fleur Royale Boutique is closed until further notice.

Will you continue to ship orders to customers within Europe?

Yes, we will still be shipping orders directly to customers.

Will you continue to ship to countries affected by COVID-19?

Yes, but we are experiencing slight delays in shipping to countries under quarantine. You will be able to view the status of your order on the tracking link provided once an order ships.

Will my order arrive on the scheduled delivery date chosen at checkout?

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on global logistics, La Fleur Royale will be shipping orders earlier than the original dispatch date, meaning some orders may arrive earlier than the original selected delivery date. Since UPS and FedEx have notified us of potential service delays, we are trying our best to avoid any such delays in shipments arriving after a selected delivery date.

 

How does No-Contact Hand Deliveries work?

Our delivery team follows all CDC guidelines and recommendations for all hand-deliveries. Prior to the arrival, the recipient will receive a phone call to inform them of the delivery. Upon arrival, our delivery personnel will leave the package on the ground, ring the bell, walk back 6' or more and wait on the customer to accept the delivery.

How can I return, modify or cancel my order?

Due to the rapid processing of orders, La Fleur Royale orders cannot be returned, modified or cancelled.

What do I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

Please contact Customer Service through the channels below in the event of any issues with you order. Please note that damaged orders must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery.
